Considering Hiring a Digital Marketing Agency vs In-House Team?

As a key decision-maker in your organization, it's often your job to consider additional personnel decisions.

So when your small marketing team is stretched too thin you'll be faced with a major decision, should you hire additional employees to join your workforce, or would it make more sense to outsource your needs to a digital marketing agency?

Both options will require a significant investment of time and money.

Considerations for Expanding Your In-House Team

  • Brand Expertise: Although you can educate an agency on your company's mission, goals, and objectives, an internal marketing/media team will have a deeper understanding and connection to your business including competitors, vision, and target audience.
  • Quicker Approvals: With direct access to key decision makers your internal team may be able to secure faster approvals on media executions.

While both have their advantages and disadvantages, it's important to consider your specific goals and objectives for your particular business.
